Kenneth E. Crump Jr. joined the firm in February 2025. Ken grew up in Apache, Oklahoma. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Oklahoma and his law degree from the University of Tulsa. For the past 38 years he has been a business and trial lawyer and has provided wide-ranging business advice to entities, has been involved in the structuring of their transactions and litigated an extensive variety of issues on their behalf in state and federal courts.
For 20 years, Ken also served as an Adjunct Settlement Judge for the United States Federal Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma. He was selected and trained by the Court to serve as a mediator in various types of federal cases. In that role, he conducted over 80 mediations.
Ken is admitted to practice in The Supreme Court of Oklahoma, The United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma, The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, The United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, The United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and The United States Court of Federal Claims.
Ken has been AV Rated as Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell Peer Review, for the highest levels of skill and integrity, for 28 years and has been listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. He is a past recipient of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Oklahoma Chapter, Leadership Award.
His primary practice is in the areas of business law and commercial litigation.
