Biography:

David N. Harger received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration in 1991 and his law degree in 1994, both from the University of Kansas.

David served a year as a Note and Comment Editor after spending a year on the staff of the Kansas Law Review. David received the James P. Mize Trial Advocacy Award, which is presented to the top KU trial advocacy student.

He is an active member of the McPherson and Harvey County, Kansas, and American Bar Associations, and the Kansas and National Associations of Criminal Defense Lawyers. David recently served on the Kansas Supreme Court’s Pretrial Justice Task Force, and he is the current chair of the Criminal Law Section of the Kansas Bar Association.

David regularly appears in both state and federal courts in Kansas, handling a wide range of civil and criminal disputes.  His trial practice is primarily concentrated in civil, criminal defense, commercial and financial litigation.
